Location Edinburgh Type Home

We have just submitted a Planning Application for this exciting contemporary new build house in a leafy Edinburgh neighborhood. The objective was to sub-divide the garden of 1 Essex Road to form a triangular plot to the South. The Design intention is to utilise the existing change in level in order to position the house to sensitively nestle within the landscape, enabling the residents to enjoy the surrounding foliage in privacy.
